Stephanie Bowles has worked in retirement plan administration since 2009 and brings extensive experience across plan compliance and new business operations. From 2020 to 2025, she served as Manager of Plan Compliance, leading a team responsible for compliance testing, employer contribution calculations, and the preparation and review of government filings. In May 2025, Stephanie transitioned to the role of Manager of New Business Operations and Services, where she oversees the onboarding of new clients and plans, ensuring a smooth transition and continued regulatory compliance.
A credentialed member of the American Society of Pension Professionals & Actuaries (ASPPA), Stephanie earned her Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA) designation in 2016, demonstrating her expertise and commitment to excellence in retirement plan administration.
