Bio

Maureen serves as Manager of Plan Compliance at RSG, where she brings deep expertise in retirement plan administration and regulatory compliance. She has extensive experience supporting 401(k) and Profit-Sharing plans, with a focus on daily recordkeeping, compliance testing, and the accurate preparation of government filings.

In her leadership role, Maureen oversees a team of Plan Compliance administrators, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and adherence to evolving regulatory requirements focusing on the commitment to delivering reliable, high‑quality service to clients.

Maureen holds the Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA) designation from the American Society of Pension Professionals & Actuaries (ASPPA) and is a member of the Association of Employee Benefit Planners of New Orleans.
