Bob Guidry, APR – President (Direct Line: 504-602-1302)
Bob graduated from Loyola University in 1983 with a degree in Computer Science. He has worked in the pension administration business since 1976. Bob is an Accredited Pension Representative (APR), a designation conferred by the National Institute of Pension Administrators (NIPA). He is also an active member of the Relius Administration National Daily User Group (RANDUG) and the Association of Employee Benefit Planners of New Orleans (AEBPNO).
Joey Bender, APR – Vice President, New Business Development (Direct Line: 504-602-1301)
Graduated from the University of New Orleans in 1985 with a Bachelor Degree in Management. Has worked in the retirement plan administration business since 1990. Experience includes the design and installation of qualified retirement plans as well as day-to-day administration for 401(k), Profit Sharing, Money Purchase and SIMPLE plans. Joey is an Accredited Pension Representative (APR), a designation conferred by the National Institute of Pension Administrators (NIPA). He is also a member of the Greater New Orleans Executive Association (GNOEA) and the Association of Employee Benefit Planners of New Orleans (AEBPNO).
Toni Varnado, QKA – Administration Manager (Direct Line: 504-602-1307)
Toni graduated cum laude from Loyola University New Orleans in 2002 with a Bachelor of Business Administration. She has worked in the field of retirement plan administration since 2001. Skills consist of daily administration of 401(k) and Profit Sharing plans, preparation of government forms, and experience in Compliance Testing. She also currently oversees both the Administration and Recordkeeping departments at RSG. She is an active member of the Relius Southern User Group and a board member of the Association of Employee Benefit Planners of New Orleans (AEBPNO). She is also a member of ASPPA (American Society of Pension Professionals & Actuaries) and has obtained the professional certification of QKA, Qualified 401(k) Administrator.
Linda Montero, ERPA, QPA – Senior Plan Analyst (Direct Line: 504-602-1303)
Linda has been working in the pension business since 1985. Prior to that, she worked in the accounting field and attended the University of New Orleans. Experience includes daily administration of 401(k), Profit Sharing, and Money Purchase Plans. In addition, while employed with a major offshore drilling firm, she also handled ESOP and Defined Benefit Plans. Linda has an Enrolled Retirement Plan Agent (ERPA) designation provided by the IRS.
Jeremy Callegan, APA – Client Service Representative (Direct Line: 504-602-1309)
Jeremy has been with RSG since 2007. Jeremy is a member of the National Institute of Pension Administrators (NIPA) where he has earned the professional designation of Accredited Pension Administrator (APA). In addition to his knowledge of daily administration in 401(k) and Profit Sharing plans, Jeremy is well versed in the completion of annual government forms and compliance testing. He is currently serving on the board of the Association of Employee Benefit Planners of New Orleans and he is an active member in the Relius Southern Users Group.

Dondrack graduated from The University of New Orleans in 2007 with a Bachelor of Arts in History, and has worked in the field of retirement plan administration since 2007. Skills consist of daily administration of 401(k) and Profit Sharing plans, preparation of government forms, and Compliance Testing. Maureen has been working in the retirement plan administration business since 2001. She attended the University of New Orleans. Jamie graduated in 2004 from Our Lady of Holy Cross College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Information Systems. She has been working in the retirement plan administration business since 2003. Her experience consists of daily administration of 401(k) and Profit Sharing plans, preparation of government forms, and knowledge in Compliance Testing. She is an active member in the Association of Employee Benefit Planners of New Orleans (AEBPNO) and the Relius Southern User Group.
Maureen Elwick – Document and Plan Installation Coordinator
As Document and Plan Installation Coordinator, Maureen is responsible for the management of new client implementation. Her experience includes SunGard Corbel Relius Documents and Amendment preparation, enrollment materials preparation, input of plan specifications into the Relius Administration ASP program, fund investment information into MSCS BridgeNet system, and client remittance processes through the RSG’s Data Validation Center. Maureen entered into the financial services business in 1975 and began her specialty in retirement plans in 1997. |
